The Bank had issued convertible warrants to the Promoters i.e Indusind International Limited (IIHL) and Indusind Limited(IL) on July 6, 2019 vide the composite Scheme of Arrangement . IIHL and IL had paid Rs. 495.29 cr and Rs 178.53 cr respectively(aggregating Rs 673.81 Cr) towards Warrant Subscription price being 25% of the Warrant Price of Rs 1709 per Warrant for 1,57,70,985 share Warrants.
