The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.85 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2020 as compared to Rs 1.30 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 42.31 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 21.62 per cent at Rs 49.82 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 63.56 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 20.72 per cent to Rs 49.50 crore from Rs 62.44 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 177.17 per cent at Rs 2.55 crore versus (Sep'19 Rs 0.92 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 71.43 per cent to Rs 0.32 crore as against Rs 1.12 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 63.64 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 73.91 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.80 crore
