AGC/SD/SE/2020/91 dated October 19, 2020, intimating the Stock Exchanges that the 34th Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, November 18th, 2020 at 10.00 A.M. Indian Standard Time (IST) through Video Conferencing ('VC') facility provided by National Securities Depository Limited ('NSDL').

In this regard, we hereby submit a copy of the Notice of the 34th AGM of the Company as circulated to the Members of the Company through email communication today i.e. October 26, 2020.
