With reference to the earlier announcement dated October 17, 2020, Aarti Drugs Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board of Directors propose to consider following items in its meeting scheduled to be held on October 23, 2020.

1. To consider and declare Interim dividend for the FY 2020-21, if any.

2. To consider the fund raising, subject to such approvals as may be required including the approval of the members at a general meeting or through postal ballot and further subject to such other statutory / regulatory approvals, as applicable.

In pursuance to the intimation dated September 29, 2020, the trading window of the Company shall remain closed until October 25, 2020 for the aforesaid purpose.
