The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 5.90 crore compared to net loss of Rs 5.78 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 21.58 per cent at Rs 9.41 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 12.00 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 23.41 per cent to Rs 8.67 crore from Rs 11.32 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 526.12 per cent at Rs 8.39 crore versus (Jun'19 Rs 1.34 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 8.82 per cent to Rs 0.74 crore as against Rs 0.68 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 37.68 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 90.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.13 crore
