We are submitting herewith the details of voting results of 27th Annual General Meeting of Asian Oilfield Services Limited held on 11th September, 2020 in the format prescribed under Regulation 44(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
