Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and other applicable provisions, if any, please find enclosed herewith a copy of the Notice for convening the EGM of the Shareholders of the Company to be held on Monday, October 5, 2020 at 12:30 p.m. at the Registered Office of the Company at 83/86, G.I.D.C. Industrial Estate, Nadiad - 387 001.
