With reference to the subject cited above, please find enclosed Annual Report convening the 28th AGM of the Company to be held on Wednesday, the 30th day of September, 2020 at 11.00 A.M.

In order to comply with the requirements of Regulation 34(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are herewith submitting the Annual Report of the Company along with the Notice of AGM for the financial year 2019-20.
