This is to inform you that the 7th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2020 at 11.30 a.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing ('VC') / Other Audio Visual Means ('OAVM') in compliance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 read with applicable MCA Circular Nos. 14/2020, 17/2020 and 20/2020 dated April 8, 2020, April 13, 2020 and May 5, 2020, respectively and Circular No.SEBI/HO/CFD/CMD1/CIR/P/2020/79 dated May 12, 2020, issued by SEBI.

Pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the book closure of the Company will be from Thursday, September 24, 2020 to Wednesday, September 30, 2020 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.
