This is to inform that, pursuant to regulation 44 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and as per Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with rule 20 of the Companies (Management & Administration) Rules,2014,as amended, the Company has fixed Monday, 21st September, 2020 as the "Cut-off date" to record the entitlement of the shareholders to cast their votes both electronically and poll in respect of the business to be transacted at the 27th Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on Monday, 28th September, 2020.
The e-voting periods shall commence from 09.00hrs on 25th September, 2020 (Friday) to 17.00hrs on 27th September, 2020 (Sunday).
The Company is availing e -voting services of the Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL).
