This is to inform you that in the Board meeting held on today Board has decided following matters:
To consider present situation due to Covid-19 Board has decided to take the necessary extension for 25th Annual General Meeting of the company and Annual General Meeting of the company will be held in the month of December, 2020. Company will take necessary step for the extension of 25th Annual General Meeting.
Other Business has been approved by the Board as per agenda.
