This is to inform you that the Shareholders in the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 6 August 2020, have approved appointment of Mr. Amit Dixit, Mr. Amit Jain, Mr. Animesh Agrawal, Mr. Aniket Damle and Mr. Qi Yang as Director (Non-independent & Non Executive) of the Company, who were appointed as additional director wef 22 August 2019.

This is to further inform you that the shareholders have also appointed Mr. Sudhanshu Vats as a Director and Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company for a period of five years wef 16 April 2020, who was appointed as additional director.
