Financial Results

(i) Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Financial Year ended on 31st March, 2020.

(ii) Recommendation of Dividend, if any, for the Financial Year ended on 31st March, 2020, subject to approval of the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
