In the Board Meeting held on 27th May, 2020, the Board had approved Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March, 2020 in terms of Regulation 33 (3)(d) of Securities & Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and the said Results were uploaded on the website of theStock Exchanges on 27th May, 2020 itself.

Inadvertently, typographical error had crept in the 'Notes to the Financial Results' at two places:-

SEBI Notification: (1) KYC is one time exercise while dealing in securities markets-once KYC is done through a SEBI registered intermediary (Broker, DP, Mutual Fund etc.), You need not undergo the same process again when you approach another intermediary. (2) No need to issue cheques by investors while subscribing to IPO. Just write the bank account number and sign in the application form to authorize your bank to make payment in case of allotment. No worries for refund as the money remains in investor's account.
