APTECH LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 25/05/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the audited accounts for the year ended 31st March 2020.

We would like to inform you that the Board meeting of the Company was held today inter alia for approving the audited accounts for the year ended 31st March 2020. During the meeting, the members of the Board were apprised about the SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CMD1/CIR/P/2020/84 dated 20th May, 2020 which came into immediate effect.

In view of the said circular, the Board thought it appropriate to meet again on 25th May 2020, to consider approving the audited accounts for the year ended 31st March 2020 with disclosure, if any, in compliance with the said circular.
