This is to inform the exchange that in the wake of COVID-19 outbreak and as per directives issued by the Government of India, we have temporarily suspended all our seismic operations at all sites in India till 14th April, 2020 to contain the spread of COVID-19. The Office of the Company will also remain closed and employees have been advised to work from home which will help to contain the spread of COVID-19.
In case the Central or State Government extend the date of closure, we shall abide by the same.
Given the uncertainty of the situation, it is difficult to ascertain the impact of the suspension of operations at this point of time. We will inform the stock exchange on further developments, if any, in the matter.
Safety and well-being of the employees remains our top priority. We are hopeful and confident that the measures taken by the Government will help to contain the spread of COVID-19.
