We are submitting resolution stating the outcome of Board Meeting of ASIAN VEGPRO INDUSTRIES LTD (5941) held on 13-02-2020.

"RESOLVED THAT Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2019 as per clause 41 of the listing Agreements as placed before the Board of Directors be and are hereby approved and after authentication by the Directors the same be submitted to the Stock Exchange."


"RESOLVED THAT Mr Rajendra Agrawal, Director of the company be and is hereby authorized to sign the same for and behalf of Board of Directors and submit the same to Kolkata Stock Exchange, Bombay Stock Exchange.
