1) Appointment of Mr. M S Jagan as an Additional Director (Non-Executive, Independent) with effect from 07th February, 2020, to hold office upto the date of the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. Mr. M S Jagan's appointment as Independent Director (Additional Director) on the Board of the Company for a period of five years with effect from 07th February, 2020, subject to approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
