Unitech Limited has informed the Exchange that pursuant to Order No. Legal-10/01/2020 dated 21/01/2020 (copy. enclosed), issued by the Central Government, in compliance. of order dated 20/01/2020 (pronounced in open Court) passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in Civil Appeal No. 10856/2016, the existing management of Unitech Limited ("the Company") has been superseded. Further, Mr. Yudvir Singh Malik, IAS (Retd.) has been appointed as Chairman & Managing Director of the Company in terms of order of the Hon'ble Supreme_Court of India, with immediate effect.
