Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby informed that Shri.V.Viswanathan (DIN-07869252), Additional Director , has resigned from the Board of the Bank w.e.f January 16, 2020 due to personal reasons.
