Gujarat Industries Power Company Limited has informed the Exchange regarding the Trading Window closure pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, we hereby inform you that the Trading Window for sale/purchase of and for dealing in Company s equity shares is closed for all the designated persons (including Directors) and their immediate relatives as defined under the Company s Code of Conduct under the said Regulations, with effect from 1st January, 2019. The Trading Window will open 48 hours after the announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results (UFR) of the Company for the Third Quarter of FY 2019-20 ended on 31st December, 2019 by the Board of Directors at its Meeting to be held for the purpose.The date of said Board Meeting for considering the UFR shall be communicated in due course. Kindly take the above on records.
