Pursuant to regulation 33 of SEBI ( Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 (''Listing Regulation''), the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on 14/11/2019 have approved and taken on record, inter alia, the unaudited financial results (standalone)- IND AS of the company for the quarter & half year ended 30th September, 2019.
