The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.03 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2019 as compared to Rs 1.77 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 14.69 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined by 5.24 per cent at Rs 41.81 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 44.12 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 5.64 per cent to Rs 39.30 crore from Rs 41.65 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 144.44 per cent at Rs 0.44 crore versus (Sep'18 Rs 0.18 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 1.21 per cent to Rs 2.51 crore as against Rs 2.48 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 6.95 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 25.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.15 crore, while Taxation increased by 15.91 per cent at Rs 0.51 crore (Sep'18 Rs 0.44 crore).
