This is to inform you that the members of the Board of Directors of A2Z Infra Engineering ltd. have, at its meeting duly held on 14.11.2019, on the recommendations of the Audit Committee, have reviewed and approved the Unaudited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter (Q2) and half year ended 30.09.2019 and Statement of Assets and Liabilities for the half year ended September 30, 2019 along with the Limited review reports issued by the Statutory Auditors.

A copy of the Statement of Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter and half year ended September 30, 2019 and Statement of Assets and Liabilities for the half year ended September 30, 2019 along with the Limited Review Reports, approved by the Board pursuant to Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (LODR) Regulations, 2015, is attached as Annexure - A. A copy thereof has also been sent for publication as per the requirements.
