With reference to the subject cited above, this is to intimate that the Board of Directors in its meeting held on 13th November 2019 which commenced at 12.05noon and concluded at 3.20 pm, have inter alia considered and approved:-

-Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half-year ended on 30th September, 2019, as
reviewed by Audit Committee, pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 along with Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors of the Company.

-Statement of Assets and Liabilities and Statement of Cash Flow for the half-year ended on 30th September 2019
