Pursuant to Regulation 30 & 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Half-year ended 30th September, 2019 on Standalone and Consolidated basis have been approved by the Board of Directors in its 507th Meeting held today i.e. on 09.11.2019.Accordingly, following are attached herewith:i. Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Half-year ended 30th September, 2019 on Standalone and Consolidated basis.ii. Limited Review Report of the Auditors.The Board Meeting commenced at 12:30 pm and concluded at 5:00 pm
