Enterprises Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/11/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve This is to inform that pursuant to regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 14th November, 2019 at 3:00 PM at the registered office of the Company situated at DSM- 334, DLF TOWER, SHIVAJI MARG, DELHI- 110015 to transact inter alia the following business:-

1. To consider and approve the Standalone unaudited financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and year to date 30th September, 2019 along with Limited Review Report;

2. Any other business matter with permission of the Board.
