Further as communicated earlier, pursuant to 'Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading in Securities' adopted by the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company was closed for all Designated Persons (as defined in the code) with effect from Tuesday, October 01, 2019 till the end of 48 hours after declaration of financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2019.
