Pursuant to Regulations 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company has approved today the proposed sale of 74% shares held by the Company in its material subsidiary, Locuz Enterprise Solutions Limited.

Please find enclosed herewith the details of sale as required as per SEBI Circular no. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015.
