Pursuant to Regulation 29 (1) (a) of the captioned regulations, this is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, November 11, 2019 to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter / Six month period ended September 30, 2019.
