Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR, Regulations,2015 Mr. Arvind Sanghvi, Non Executive Independent Director, has resigned from the Directorship of the Company with effect from October 25, 2019, due to pre-occupation, vide his resignation letter dated October 25, 2019, which has been accepted by the Board of Directors vide circular resolution passed on October 25, 2019.
