GUJARAT INDUSTRIES POWER CO.LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 11/11/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby intimated that the Board of Directors of the Company shall meet on Monday, the 11th November, 2019, inter alia, to consider and approve the Standalone Unaudited Financial Results for the Second Quarter & Half Year of FY 2019-20 ended on 30/09/2019
