The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 28.16 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2019 as compared to Rs 78.61 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 64.18 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 7.02 per cent at Rs 80.98 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 75.67 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 42.39 per cent to Rs 50.25 crore from Rs 35.29 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 11.16 per cent at Rs 2.23 crore versus (Sep'18 Rs 2.51 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 23.90 per cent to Rs 30.73 crore as against Rs 40.38 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 28.88 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 4.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 11.18 crore
