In compliance of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, we have vide our letter dated on 28th September, 2019 informed you that the trading window will remain closed from Saturday, the 28th September, 2019 for all designated persons as defined under the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by insiders Since the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, the 24th October, 2019 for considering Unaudited Quarterly Results. The trading window will remain closed up to Saturday, the 26th October, 2019 and shall reopen from Monday, the 28th
October, 2019.
