GIPCL: The Exchange had sought clarification from Gujarat Industries Power Company Limited with respect to announcement dated 24-Sep-2019, regarding appointment of Achal S.Thakkar, Company Secretary, (Membership No. A30459) as a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 24thSeptember, 2019.
