In terms of the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 ("SEBI PIT Regulations") read with the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders (as amended), the "Trading Window" of the Company, with respect to the Board Meeting of Kansai Nerolac Paints Limited ("Company") to be held on November 1, 2019 for consideration of the Unaudited Financial Results, shall remain closed from Tuesday, October 1, 2019 till Monday, November 4, 2019 (both days inclusive).

It is clarified that "Trading Window" of the Company is closed only for the Designated persons of the Company and their immediate relatives as per SEBI PIT Regulations and the same has been duly intimated to them. This is however not applicable for the general investors and the trading will be open for them.
