As per the provisions of the Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders, the Trading Window for carrying out transacting in the shares of the Company for all designated persons and their immediate relatives will be closed from 30th September, 2019 till 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited financial results of the Company for the Second Quarter and Half-Year ended on 30th September, 2019.

The date of Board Meeting for the consideration of Un-audited financial results of the Company for the Second Quarter and Half-Year ended on 30th September, 2019 shall be intimated in due course of time.
