1. To take note of approval of Scheme of Arrangement of wholly owned subsidiaries of the company i.e. Europlus Financial Services Limited and Euro Global Brokers Limited with Alankit Technologies Limited.
2. To consider and appoint Ms. Khushboo Arora as Company Secretary of the Company to fill the casual vacancy caused by resignation of Mrs. Milli Mehta.
