We wish to inform that the Stakeholders' Relationship Committee of the Board vide its resolution passed on September 18, 2019 has allotted 17,500 equity shares of Rs 10 each of the Company having distinctive numbers from 2017654520 to 2017672019 (both numbers inclusive) pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company is Rs. 20,176,720,190 consisting of 2,017,672,019 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
