With reference to the subject cited, this is to inform the exchange that Ms. Sweta Poddar has resigned as a Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer of Aarey Drugs & Pharmaceuticals Limited with effect from 09.08.2019.

The Company has accepted her resignation and relieved her from responsibilities effective from 03rd September 2019. Consequent to her resignation as Company Secretary Ms. Sweta Poddar has also ceased to be the Compliance Officer of the Company.
