EIHOTEL: The Exchange had sought clarification from EIH Limited with respect to announcement dated 27-Aug-2019, regarding resignation of Mr. S.K. Dasgupta. On basis of above the Company was required to clarify following: 1. Detailed Reasons for Resignation. 2. Confirmation from the resigning director that there is no material reasons other than provided. 3. Date of appointment/cessation (as applicable) & term of appointment. The response of the Company is attached.
