The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 309.81 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2019 as compared to Rs 289.29 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 7.09 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 13.56 per cent at Rs 374.33 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 329.63 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 29.50 per cent to Rs 25.99 crore from Rs 20.07 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 150.00 per cent at Rs 0.05 crore versus (Jun'18 Rs 0.02 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 7.22 per cent to Rs 475.22 crore as against Rs 443.21 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 5.59 per cent in June quarter.

Taxation increased by 7.48 per cent at Rs 165.46 crore (Jun'18 Rs 153.94 crore).
