DHP India Limited said in a filing to BSE that the Board of Directors at the meeting, have approved the Draft Notice for calling of Annual General Meeting on September 20, 2019.

To recommend a final dividend of Rs 2.50 per equity shares, subject to approval of the shareholders in ensuing Annual General Meeting.

The company further informed that the Share Transfer Books of the Company will be closed from September14, 2019 (Saturday) to September 20, 2019 (Friday), both days inclusive. However, the share transfer received in order by the Company at its Registered Office at 10, Middleton Row, Kolkata - 700 071 or our Share Transfer Registrar's Office Mis. Niche Technologies Pvt. Ltd. 3A, Auckland Place, 7thFloor, Room No.7 A & 7B, Kolkata - 700 017 by close of business on Friday, the September 13, 2019 i.e. Record date, will be eligible for dividend, if any approved by the shareholders in ensuing Annual General Meeting.

AGM will be held on September 20, 2019 at 11.00 A.M. at the Calcutta Chamber of Commerce, 18H, Park Street, Stephen Court, Kolkata - 700 071, for approval of Standalone Audited Annual Accounts and Reports, Approval of Dividend and allied matters of year ended March 31, 2019.
