DCW Limited said in a filing to BSE that the Committee of Directors on June 10, 2019, approved, the allotment of first tranche of 3045 Unrated Unlisted Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCD’s) of the face value of RS 1,00,000 aggregating to Rs 30.45 Crore on a private placement basis.
