TSR Darashaw Limited ('TSRDL') stating that the Registry Business of TSRDL i.e. the present RTA of the Company, stands transferred to a new entity viz. TSR Darashaw Consultants Private Ltd. ('TSRDCPL') with effect from May 28, 2019, pursuant to the de-merger of the Registry business from TSRDL to TSRDCPL.

We request you to take note of the above and update the name of TSR Darashaw Consultants Private Ltd. as the RTA of the Company in your records. The address and other contact details of the Share Transfer Agent remain unchanged.
