Linde India Limited said in a filing to BSE that Moloy Banerjee has resigned as Managing Director of the company with effect from close of business hours on June 06, 2019.

The company further informed that the board of directors have appointed Abhijit Banerjee as an Additional Director and Managing Director of the Company for a term of 3 years with effect from June 07, 2019.

The board of directors have also accepted the resignation of lndranil Bagchi as Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on June 06, 2019.

The board of directors have appointed Subhabrata Ghosh as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from June 07, 2019.
