Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on June 04, 2019 has Recommended final dividend @ 10% (Re. 0.20) per equity share of Rs. 2/?? each fully paid up (the "Equity Share") for the financial year ended March 31, 2019 subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
