This is further to our letter dated 7th May, 2019 wherein the Company had informed that the Annual General Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on 29th June, 2019.

In terms of the requirements of Regulation 34(1) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are forwarding Annual Report for the financial year 2018-19.
