Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited said in a filing to BSE that the board of directors at the meeting held on May 30, 2019, has considered and approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2019.

Recommended final dividend of Rs 0.75 per equity share of Rs 5 each.
