A2ZINFRA:The Exchange has sought clarification from A2Z Infra Engineering Limited with respect to announcement dated 20-May-2019, regarding 'One Time Settlements entered with HSBC Bank Ltd. and Edelweiss Asset Reconstruction Company Ltd. for the loan assigned by Yes Bank Ltd., have been fully paid and consummated by Company in term of the respective settlement approval letter, thereby, settling debt liability to the extent of Rs 142.16 Crs.' On basis of above the Company is required to clarify following: 1. Brief summary of the OTS 2. Reasons for opting for OTS; The response of the Company is awaited.
